SEE YOUR NEIGHBORS HOME!

Well, that might not sound like a big deal - but we had a bunch of stuff happen to the front of our building at 211 Newbridge Rd. over the last several months.  It started off with a mild "Nor-Easter" several months ago which caused our cute little awning in front to come "half-off"..  Since that didn't look too professional, we made arrangements with our awning guy Luis Pasten to fix it.  Then he said - "Oh, Karen, I don't like the way it's looking - let me make you a new one - at cost!"  This sounded good, so we went ahead with that. 

In the mean-time a kid decides to drag race up Newbridge and lands up on our front lawn!  Fortunately no one was injured except our property  - the front lawn  was torn up and our sign smashed.  So that means a new sign, too.  Again our sign guys, Signarama, came through and now we are looking pretty sharp - new awning, new sign.  Still in business, still enjoying helping people in this real estate market.   We've weathered the storm twice before - 1982-1984 when interest rates went to 18% and again in the early 90's when prices dropped like a rock.  Oh, well, this too shall pass! It's a GREAT Market!
